What we'll ask you
The Guest Intake form opens the moment you book. Here's what to have ready.
- Preferred on-air name, branch, years served
- A short bio and a high-res headshot
- Your one-line transition story + the 3 things you want to talk about
- Anything off-limits (we honor it, every time)
- Every social handle you want tagged when clips go up
- Anything you want to promote: a book, a cause, a business
- Wired headphones or earbuds (required) — it's the single biggest fix for clean audio
- A release so we can share the recording across BMR channels
Tech
Studio checklist
- Wired headphones/earbuds — kills echo
- Laptop or desktop, Chrome or Edge, plugged in
- External USB mic if you have one; built-in is fine in a quiet room
- Wired internet if possible, strong Wi-Fi otherwise
- A quiet, private room for 90 minutes, notifications off
- Join 15 minutes early for the green-room tech check
